2014 U.S. Astronaut Hall of Fame Induction Weekend

Get ready for a night you’ll never forget! The Astronaut Scholarship Foundation (ASF) is rolling out the red carpet for space legends at its 2014 U.S. Astronaut Hall of Fame (AHOF) Induction Gala, and you’re invited! This elegant soirée is held during Kennedy Space Center’s AHOF Induction weekend, and honors two new AHOF inductees, Shannon Lucid and Jerry Ross.

The celebration begins Friday, May 2, 2014 with the Hall of Fame Induction Gala, benefiting ASF. This extravagant black-tie affair will be held at the Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex’s (KSCVC) award-winning Apollo/Saturn V Center. Astronauts and space celebrities will stroll down the red carpet to join guests in celebrating the 13th class of Space Shuttle astronauts to be inducted into the Hall of Fame! You’ll mix, mingle, and raise your glass with this “who’s who” of space celebrities and industry leaders beneath the Center’s beautifully restored Saturn V rocket.
