The celebration begins Friday, May 29, 2015 with the U.S. Astronaut Hall of Fame Induction Gala, benefiting ASF. This extravagant black-tie affair starts with a VIP reception under the Space Shuttle Atlantis at the Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex (KSCVC), then moves on to an elegant dinner at KSCVC’s award-winning Apollo/Saturn V Center. Astronauts and space celebrities will stroll down the red carpet to join guests in celebrating the 14th class of astronauts to be inducted into the Hall of Fame! You’ll mix, mingle, and raise your glass with the “who’s who” of space celebrities and industry leaders beneath the Center’s beautifully restored Saturn V rocket.

If one night of memories isn’t enough, your gala ticket also includes entry into KSCVC’s official 2015 U.S. Astronaut Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony on the following day, May 30! This momentous occasion is a rare opportunity to witness history as the 2015 inductees take their place alongside legends such as John Glenn, Tom Stafford, and James Lovell. Dozens of astronauts will be in attendance to cheer on the newest class of exceptional space explorers!

Gala tickets are limited, but the weekend also includes events open to KSCVC ticket holders: ASF’s Scholar Technical Conference and the 2015 U.S. Astronaut Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony, both held at KSCVC on Saturday, May 30!
