Astronaut Scholar Annual Meeting
The ASF coordinates an annual meeting in Florida of astronauts and astronaut scholars. Since 2002, the Annual Meeting has coincided with the annual Astronaut Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony each May. All current and past Astronaut Scholars are invited and encouraged to attend. The event is an excellent opportunity for scholars to meet and interact with the astronauts and to meet and network with their fellow astronaut scholars.
The activities include a VIP tour of the Kennedy Space Center, a VIP tour of the U.S. Astronaut Hall of Fame, a private luncheon with the astronauts, the Astronaut Hall of Fame Induction Gala, the Astronaut Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony, and the annual Astronaut Scholar Technical Conference. Astronaut scholars who have participated will tell you that it is a very memorable and enjoyable weekend.
