COVID Procedures for U.S. Astronaut Hall of Fame® Induction featuring Space

COVID procedures and guidelines accordingly.
The Astronaut Scholarship
Foundation will be following the guidelines set by the Centers for Disease Control and
Prevention, as well as local heath and safety organizations, to ensure the utmost safety for all
of our guests. ASF will be taking the following precautions for events during the U.S. Astronaut
Hall of Fame® Induction featuring Space Rendezvous weekend.
• Events hosted at Hilton Cocoa Beach: Seating will be set socially distant. Masks must be
worn by attendees when not seated, eating or drinking.
• Events hosted at Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex will follow the guidelines set by
KSCVC. You can read their guidelines here.

Please make sure that you have
reviewed any advisories or restrictions that may be in place for travel to Florida. Visit:
https://floridahealthcovid19.gov/travelers/ for information. By entering the event you are
confirming that you and all persons in your party: are not experiencing any of the following
symptoms of COVID-19 identified by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention at CDC.gov,
• Fever or chills
• Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
• Muscle or body aches
• New loss of taste or smell
• Congestion or runny nose
• Nausea or vomiting
Have not been in contact with someone with confirmed or suspected COVID-19 symptoms without
completing a 14-day quarantine.
Are not under any self-quarantine orders.
Guests who cannot confirm all of the above criteria must not enter attend.
